Rise & Summit is a mountain skills training and guiding company offering courses in Rock Climbing, Scrambling, Mountaineering, Winter Skills, Winter climbing and Navigation, as well as the spectacular Cliff Camping experiences to suit any level of expertise.

Through discovery, insights and user research, I am taking Rise & Summit through a rebrand and developing a new app for users to engage and interact with a rock climbing community. Although in it’s infancy this promises to be a unique portal for mountain experiences.
The project will involve initial audit, persona research and discovery before taking these insights and developing an app and new customer facing website with a mixture of low fidelity prototyping and usability testing to high fidelity concepts. I will be providing the creative direction for all new photography and film, whilst being the lead UI designer working closely with developers to create an online experience utilising Gatsby, Headless CMS, React.js and developing the ‘GTM’ strategy.
