Ecommerce & TV

I have worked with Whitworths for nearly a decade providing creative direction, insight, research and design for their consumer website and TV commercials.

A new digital strategy was devised to include a new version of the consumer, transactional website to be developed over time to provide a positive impact across multiple brand led touchpoints as part of Whitworth’s commercial ambition to reach £25m.

A new digital strategy to establish Whitworths as an inspirational brand and to help everyone eat a little healthier, everyday.

I have managed and transformed the digital side of the business working with specialists from all industries providing creative direction and design services, allowing Whitworths to ‘become famous within the conversation of healthy snacks and reach their ambition.

Initial research and low fidelity prototyping was key to ensure that the key KPI’s were defined and validated through ideation and usability. Initial content audits and new styling guides identified early stage roadblocks and a photographer was recruited to provide a consistent and symbiotic relationship through multi channel touchpoints.

I produced high fidelity visuals for handover to developers to build complete the ecommerce website. My role was to design the UI / UX, working alongside developers whilst providing creative direction to a team consisting of photographers, and film crew to support the new TV commercial.
